Hi, I’m Samuel Chidwick
Performance Breathwork Coach.
My journey into breathwork didn’t start with yoga or meditation — it started in the Dojo.
Years of training in Karate, MMA and then Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught me one of the most powerful lessons in high performance living: your breath controls your body, your mind, and the moment. In the chaos of grappling, I realised that how I breathed determined whether I stayed calm and clear, or burned out and broken down.
That insight lit a fire.
I began diving deeper into the science and mechanics of breath, building on my clinical background as a Musculoskeletal specialist, Personal trainer, Running coach and Biomechanics and movement specialist.
Across all of these fields, I saw the same patterns: brilliant bodies held back by poor breathing. Athletes overtraining but under oxygenating. High performers burning out because they couldn’t regulate their nervous systems. Runners with perfect gait and terrible breath control.
So I made it my mission to help people train the one system that powers every other... the breath...
My Approach
As a Performance Breathwork Coach, I combine:
Science backed techniques from respiratory physiology and sports performance.
Functional movement knowledge from biomechanics and physical training.
Real world coaching experience across diverse populations — from athletes to busy professionals to everyday people seeking clarity and calm.
