Who am I?

My journey into health and performance quite literally started from the ground up.

With a degree in Podiatry, I built a strong foundation specialising in foot, ankle, and lower limb biomechanics, along with musculoskeletal injury management. Over the past two decades, I’ve expanded that expertise with a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Studies, as well as professional qualifications in Personal Training, Running & Walking Coaching, and advanced Breathwork.

But my approach isn’t just built on academic knowledge.

It’s deeply personal.

Movement has always been a central part of my life, starting with Karate, exploring MMA, and evolving into a long term dedication to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Through these disciplines, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful movement can be, not just for fitness, but for resilience, confidence, recovery, and self discovery.

Today, I bring both worlds together.

I help people move more, move better, and live without the limitations of pain, whether that means returning to activity after injury, improving performance, or simply feeling stronger and more capable in everyday life.

This isn’t just training. It’s a smarter, more connected way to move and a path to feeling your best.
