Get to know me

My path into health and performance started from the ground up...literally.

I began my career with a degree in Podiatry, specialising early in foot, ankle, and lower limb biomechanics and musculoskeletal injury management. Over the last two decades, I’ve continued to deepen that foundation with a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Studies, alongside professional qualifications in Personal Training, Running & Walking Coaching, and multiple Breathwork certifications.

But that’s only one side of the story.

The other side is personal shaped by a lifelong dedication to martial arts, beginning with Karate, briefly expanding into MMA, and then evolving into a deep, ongoing practice in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Movement was always more than exercise it was expression, discipline, therapy, and self discovery.

That’s where breathwork came in.

First as a performance tool for Martial Arts, endurance running, cycling, and surfing. Then as a powerful, personal practice to manage mental health, navigate anxiety, and build emotional resilience.

Somewhere along the way, I realised the full picture... Breath is the bridge... It connects performance and recovery, body and mind, science and experience.

Why I Speak

Today, I speak to audiences who want more than wellness buzzwords. I bring together two decades of clinical experience, a deep knowledge of human movement, and a passion for making health make sense through storytelling, science, and practical strategies.

I speak about:

  • How to move better in a sedentary world

  • The untapped power of breath for focus, recovery, and mental wellbeing

  • The interconnectedness of posture, stress, and performance

  • Why movement is medicine...and how to apply it daily

Whether it's a keynote, corporate wellness event, or educational workshop, I aim to educate, entertain, and empower, leaving people not just informed, but inspired to move and breathe with more purpose.
